Terra is the suite that surprises. Fifty square metres where past and present meet without compromise, in a balance that works precisely because it does not try to please everyone.
The living area welcomes guests with original star-vaulted ceilings and period cement tile flooring featuring stars and Greek motifs in shades of white, gold, and blue. The solid wood table, mauve chairs, and original white lacquered sideboard create an intimate, homely atmosphere — far removed from the coldness of certain design-led holiday homes. The kitchen, softened by its natural linen curtain, blends seamlessly into the space without overwhelming it.
In the bedroom, the tone shifts. Black-and-white geometric cement tiles cover the entire floor with almost graphic precision. The white lacquered wardrobe with panel detailing — a restored piece carefully reintegrated during renovation — sits in dialogue with the black arc lamp and the rattan and macramé armchair, creating the most contemporary contrast among the three apartments at DimoreLeuka.
The bathroom is finished in antique pink resin, with a countertop basin set on Lecce stone, a round mirror, and green-and-pink floral cement tiles on the floor. A space with the same thoughtful attention as the bedroom, but with a softer character.
